What We Can Learn From The Heart

Spend time each day, dropping down into your heart. We often place all of our awareness and attention on our thoughts, our minds and it is (literally) driving us crazy.

The heart is wise, the heart knows better.

Close your eyes. Sit somewhere you will not be disturbed and just place your attention at your heart.

Breath in and out of it as if there is a straw.

Let the feelings come and go and when you are ready ask yourself questions.

What do I want?

Who am I?

Why am I here?

And listen for the answers. Notice if they sit with you well or not. When they bring you peace, clarity or understanding. That’s the heart.
